Wanting to avoid Skopje’s hustle and bustle and find peace and quiet in the fresh air, we decided to build a modest cottage on Kozjak. Since we spend family weekends together, we decided to start building as soon as possible so that we could enjoy the summer ahead in a more beautiful climate.
But not always the domestic “esap” is equal to the real one. My wife and I came to the conclusion that we would need more finances, which we did not want to borrow from friends, but instead we wanted to take out a loan. While looking for the most favorable conditions we heard that FULM Savings House provides loans with a pledge of gold. THAT WAS IT!!!!!
Instead of keeping the gold at home, which was at risk at all times, we decided to use it quite rationally. We took it to FULM and took out a loan. No guarantors. No additional requirements. With simple documentation. It couldn’t have been better!
The cottage is under construction, and I can say that I do not regret the decision I made. A loan is not a bad decision. But only if you use it wisely.
