I will never forget the summer of 2009, when we got 2 grandchildren, one in Skopje and the other in Chicago, America. We were overjoyed, but also financially powerless, when we were called to go and take care of the baby in America.
For me and my husband, it was a big deal: a plane ticket, a visa …, but the desire was too great…
One morning, while drinking coffee with Valentina, who was working in a shop on my street, I told her about my situation… She warmly advised me to go to FULM Savings House, the branch Aerodrom.
I went there the very next day, I was kindly received and explained what I should do to apply for a loan. In a few days, they called me, my loan was approved, and my wish came true, and thanks to FULM I left for Chicago to take care of my grandchildren, especially the baby. When I returned, we increased our payments and repaid the loan early. The employees were so kind that we went to pay at the Aerodrom branch even though we lived in Centar.
In 2012, FULM helped me again when my husband fell ill, and after a short illness he died. The head of the branch, Maria, after a quick procedure, together with the team of employees, allowed me to take out a loan and bury my husband with dignity.
After a few years, I had to change the heating system and install an external door with security lock in my apartment because I was alone, I also wanted to repaint the walls so I decided to go back my, I can now freely call them, friends. This time too, FULM Savings House helped me out.
This summer, I promised my beloved grandchildren Iskra and Irina that when their children’s room was renovated, their grandmother would participate. Again, with good thoughts I went to FULM, I told myself that their grandfather would have done the same for them, I was hoping for a positive answer and that is exactly what happened. I saw the same smiling faces, the human relationship is sometimes more important than anything. I am already getting old, but I am happy to share my friendship with FULM and pass it on to the younger and my close friends and relatives.
My important moments in my life have been and still are related to you, my dears. I mean the whole team from FULM Savings House.
