ANNOUNCEMENT
The period of more favorable agreed conditions for settling liabilities on the basis of loans in FULM Savings House, for clients – individuals according to the Public Offer for more favorable agreed conditions when paying loans in FULM Savings House in accordance with the recommendations and measures given/undertaken by the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia dealing with the COVID-19 epidemic from 01.04.2020 ends as of September 30, 2020.
Due to the continuation of the side effects of the pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus, and in order to meet the needs of its clients – individuals for easier overcoming of the negative consequences, FULM Savings House will again provide more favorable agreed conditions for settling liabilities based on loans in FULM Savings House.
The possibility for more favorable payment terms will apply only to individuals, borrowers in FULM Savings House, who have loans, and who on 29.02.2020 are classified in risk category A, B, as well as to borrowers in FULM Savings House who have loan exposure that is approved in the period from 1.3.2020 to 24.3.2020 and are financially affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
More favorable conditions for settlement of liabilities on the basis of loans in FULM Savings House will be provided for an additional 3 months, with the possibility of another 3 months if the borrower timely and fully pays interest and fees, no later than 31.3.2021, for clients – individuals which meet at least one of the following criteria:
- The borrower and/or his/her related parties have terminated their employment during the crisis
• The borrower and/or related parties have a salary reduction of at least 10% during the crisis
• Significant medical costs due to a disease related to COVID-19 - Expenses due to death of a family member caused by COVID-19
Clients who according to the records of the Savings House meet at least one of the above criteria will receive an individual offer from the Savings House, which they can accept through the website, electronically to the officers in the branches where they have the loan (https://www.fulm.com.mk/kontakt/),. or directly at the counters of FULM Savings House within 10 days from the date of submission of the offer but not later than September 20, 2020. Clients who will not accept the offer within this period will continue with regular repayment of their obligations.
This announcement is published on the website of FULM Savings House and through separate notification to the clients, through electronic and/or written communication.
The clients to whom the Savings House will not submit an individual offer but deem that they meet at least one of the above criteria, can contact the officers at the counters of FULM Savings House, by submitting an appropriate document as proof of fulfillment of one of the criteria. The Savings House will start reviewing the attached documents and will additionally inform the clients.
